Our Delivery Guidelines and Shipping Fees
At Neroscent & Swag Empire, our team of professional and dedicated delivery workers is very passionate about making our customers happy by ensuring a timely delivery of orders.
Our official delivery time starts at about 10:00 am to around 5:00 pm from Mondays to Saturdays. But special arrangements can be made between us and a customer to process and deliver an order outside these stipulated time and days.

Orders received on or before 10:00 am are delivered same day within Lagos state and those that came in after 3:00 pm are scheduled to be delivered the next business day.
Shipping Fees
In Lagos, all order shipment (delivery fee) on order above ₦50,000 is free of charge. However, there will be a delivery fee on an order below the same amount. For delivery fee on an order shipment below ₦50,000.00 for your area, see the table below.
Meanwhile, delivery to any area of coverage in Ogun State attracts a flat order shipment fee of ₦2,000.00.
